Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of redi-co.com, operated by REDI — Restoration and Environmental Dry Ice ("REDI", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. Restoration work itself is governed by the signed proposal or work authorization for your project, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Use of this website
You may browse and share this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that degrade service, or reuse our content, photography, or branding without written permission.
Information is not a quote
Service descriptions, timelines, comparisons, case studies, and pricing ranges published here are general guidance for planning. They are not an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of results. Every project is priced after we review the surfaces, contamination type, access, and scope.
Estimates and scheduling
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Scheduling — including emergency response — depends on crew and equipment availability, site access, safety conditions, and weather.
Site conditions and customer responsibilities
Dry ice blasting requires safe access, adequate ventilation, and power or compressed-air conditions agreed in advance. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards (asbestos, lead, structural damage, live systems), securing or removing sensitive items, and obtaining any approvals from your landlord, HOA, carrier, or authority having jurisdiction.
Insurance claims
We can document work for a claim and coordinate with adjusters, but we do not adjust claims, guarantee coverage, or guarantee a carrier's payment. Your agreement with your insurer is separate from your agreement with us.
Results and warranty
Outcomes depend on substrate condition, contamination age and depth, and prior treatments. Any warranty we provide is stated in your written proposal. Nothing on this website creates a warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Liability related to performed work is governed by the signed proposal for that project.
Third-party links
This site may link to outside resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
