Method
Containment and HEPA negative air, dry ice source removal at documented pressure, HEPA vacuum of horizontal surfaces, then handoff to the encapsulation and dehumidification trade.
Outcome
Two-day blast window with no dry-down period. Third-party clearance passed on first test.
Attic and second-floor framing with char layer and heavy soot loading on studs, rafters, and sheathing after a contained structure fire.
Method
Non-salvageable materials removed first, then dry ice stripped the charred cell layer and embedded soot from all salvageable structure. No rinse water introduced.
Outcome
Odor source removed rather than sealed. Rebuild started immediately with no drying hold, and the scope avoided a full framing tear-out.
Baked-on product, grease, and carbon buildup on conveyor rollers, rails, guarding, and adjacent frame in an active production plant.
Method
Cleaned in place during a scheduled sanitation window with food-grade CO2, CO2 monitoring, and forced ventilation. No disassembly, no rinse water, no grit.
