Fire, smoke, storm, flood, and industrial incidents. Two-hour mobilization target anywhere in our Carolina coverage area — and when you call, you reach the crew that will be on your site.
Soot is acidic. Every hour it sits on bare metal, electronics, and finishes moves items from cleanable to replaceable. Early residue removal is the single largest cost lever in a fire loss.
Secure the structure, open the claim, photograph before anything moves.
Storm & flood
Order of operations decides whether the work holds: structural drying first, then dry ice for staining and spore load. Cleaning a wet structure with a wet method restarts the drying clock.
Get water out and moisture readings taken before any cleaning is scoped.
Water intrusion & mold
In Carolina humidity, growth can establish within 24 to 48 hours of a wetting event. Fast containment and source removal is far cheaper than a remediation and rebuild later.
Contain the area, stop the moisture source, then call for assessment.
Industrial outage & incident
Unplanned downtime after an equipment fire, oil release, or contamination event needs a dry, non-conductive cleaning method that will not extend the outage.
Call with your outage window; we scope to fit inside it.
The first hour: what to do before we arrive
01
Life safety first. Do not re-enter a fire-damaged structure until the fire department releases it, and treat all electrical systems as compromised until verified.
02
Secure the building. Board up, tarp, and close openings so weather and secondary intrusion do not add a second loss on top of the first.
03
Open the claim and get an adjuster assigned. Early documentation drives what the carrier will approve later.
04
Photograph everything before anything is moved, cleaned, or discarded — wide shots plus detail on each affected area.
05
Do not seal, paint, or deodorize anything. Sealing over soot traps the odor source and it comes back.
06
Call us with the address, the loss type, and rough affected square footage. That is enough to mobilize.
